School Values and Hauora

WALT reflect about our Hauora using our School Values

With this tasks I have completed my google drawing about my hauora using the school values , Rangimarie , Ako , Whanaungatanga , Tukumarie and Manaakitanga.This was my reflection about what I feel and what I do when I am being physical , being spiritual , being with my family and being emotional.

Taha Hinengaro means mental well being and expressing emotions
Taha Whanau means family and social well being
Taha Wairua means spiritual well being and self belief
Taha Tinana means physical health and being fit
