WALT reflect on our technology session

Today for technology we had went to do 3D art and we were learning how to use TINKERCAD.It was a really hard task using the tinkercad because of the part where you put the shapes into the egg or the rectangle.I have had fun using the tinkercad because it was a really exciting and new experiment for me.Next week I will focus on getting the tinkercad done so I can move onto the real experiment and make what ever I want.

Technology Reflection

WALT reflect on technology

Today for our technology session the year 8 had their last session for pewter casting.Some people had and haven't finished there necklace but our pewter casting tutor said he will finish it off for us and bring it down to our school.I made a king crown necklace for some I admire and who has always been there for me.It has been a really great technology session with our pewter casting tutor (Mr Grundy).

Today for technology I have nearly finished my necklace but I got a bit more sandpapering to do.Pewter Casting is a group of people that learns how to make real necklaces and making it look like it just got brought from the shops.What I did was a king crown and I chose that to do because of someone in my life who was always their for me when I needed him and that is my dad.

WALT reflect on our technology session

Today for technology we went to Tamaki College to carry on with our things we did from last term.What I did was that I have finally finished the filing part and I am now on the sandpapering part which makes it shiny and smooth.It was a great start at technology for this term and I have enjoyed our technology teacher who makes us work faster.

Today at technology I have nearly finished the filing part because I want to move onto the sand papering part which makes the necklace shiny , smooth and even better , it makes it look new.These pictures on the drawing is what we use at technology , but only the teacher can put the metal in from the pan.
It was a really good technology session with my friends and our technology teacher...

For technology today I finished the filing part of my necklace and now I am on sand papering.The best thing about sand papering is that when you finish filing you can make it smooth and shiny which makes it look real , and you can give the necklace to the person you made it for.Pewter Casting is the bestest technology class to do because you can make necklaces.

Today I went to technology to finish off my necklace.I have been using the tools to fix up my necklace and with this tasks I have talked about what I did at technology , What I learnt and What I will focus on at technology.I am up to the part of tooling it to make it look way better than it looks right now.

Today at technology I have been creating necklaces for my brother.It was a kings crown and when I cut the necklace it was how I wanted it and it was a big mess up.Their were heaps of people who have finished their cutting out part but they are now on to the filing part / fixing it up part because the metal is now put in the cardboard.

I have been at technology today with Mr Grundy at Tamaki College.I have reflected on what I have did at technology and I explained what kind of pewter casting and I am doing a kings crown for someone I love.It was my brother that I chose because he is always their when I need him at home and at school and I love him the way he is.

Today at technology we created a plan on who we are going to do the necklaces for.I had selected one person to do a necklace for and it was my brother because he cares about me and he is always their when I need him.Our teacher Mr Grundy and he was telling us to finish our plans so we can get onto our creating tasks , making necklaces.It was really fun planning and creating because we got to think about who we were doing our necklaces too.
